Supporting the Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center Food Pantry

Join us in supporting the Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center food pantry with the Positively Dad Virtual 5k & Family Fun Run on May 30.

In the last two months, Mattie Williams has nearly doubled the number of families it supports. Food is becoming more expensive for the center to purchase and so we’ve asked Gigglewaters to help.

We talk with Janet Hooper, Director of the Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center and Rachel Wilson, owner of Gigglewaters on Facebook Live last week about the 5k and how you can help. This episode is a replay of that conversation.

Your donation will to directly to purchasing food for the food pantry.

Visit https://www.toasttab.com/gigglewaters/v3 and select the “Giggles for Good” menu to donate. This link works only during Gigglewaters operating hours (11a-9p) and you can also donate via Venmo – @Gigglewaters and note that it’s for the 5k.

Be sure to RSVP for the event too at www.positivelydad5k.com.

Thanks for supporting Mattie Williams and our Safety Harbor community!

About the author, James

Thank you for joining me for the Positively Dad journey! My name is James Shaw and I'm a husband and father. I live in the Tampa Bay area with my wife, Terri and our young daughter, Naomi. The goal with Positively Dad for us to think, learn and grow. It's easy to get caught up in the day to day and miss opportunities to become amazing fathers. I trust that the conversations we have on Positively Dad will help you see that fatherhood is truly a journey and that we are better together than figuring it all out on our own.
